When Adele brought home her Flat-Coated Retriever puppy "Sonic" in October of 2011, she started producing short videos of training sessions. The ones she has finished are organized by classes and by areas of training. You can also see all of the videos Adele has posted on her YouTube channel.

Areas of Training: Stays

"Our definition of stay is that when told to do so, the dog remains in the place and the position in which we left him, whether a sit, a down, or a stand. We are particular about this because of the requirements of the obedience ring. If the dog changes positions, say switching from a sit to a down, he fails the exercise. We also don't want him to move his front feet during the sit stay, or to shift from one hip to the other during the down stay, nor do we want him to whine or bark. We like to see a dog alert, yet relaxed and confident, while staying." (pg 103, Competition Obedience: A Balance Act)

If there isn't a link, it means Adele hasn't released a video on that topic.
