When Adele brought home her Flat-Coated Retriever puppy "Sonic" in October of 2011, she started producing short videos of training sessions. The ones she has finished are organized by classes and by areas of training. You can also see all of the videos Adele has posted on her YouTube channel.

Areas of Training: Maneuvers and Power Steering

In Competition Obedience: A Balance Act, the training book that Judy Byron and I (Adele Yunck) first published in 1998, chapter 7 is called Power Steering. "By using these words, you can steer your dog into either front or heel position without any ballet twirls or other fancy gymnastics." (pg 83, COABA) "When we begin to put the parts of a heeling pattern together, we give the dog verbal commands for all the moves until he has mastered the body cues. We then fade the verbal commands. If a correction is needed, we precede the correction with the appropriate verbal cue to help the dog understand how he is wrong. " (pg 84, COABA)

If there isn't a link, it means Adele hasn't released a video on that topic.
