When Adele brought home her Flat-Coated Retriever puppy "Sonic" in October of 2011, she started producing short videos of training sessions. The ones she has finished are organized by classes and by areas of training. You can also see all of the videos Adele has posted on her YouTube channel.
Areas of Training: Go Outs
"The go-out is the first part of the Utility Directed Jumping exercise. The dog and handler begin the exercise standing at one end of a 40 x 50 foot ring on the center line, about 20 feet back from the jumps, which are 18-20 feet apart. When performing an ideal go-out, the dog runs straight away from his handler, between the jumps, to a point about 20 feet beyond the jumps, and, on his handler's command, stops, turns to face his handler, and sits." (pg 337, Competition Obedience: A Balance Act)
If there isn't a link, it means Adele hasn't released a video on that topic.
