Our next 6-week classes will be starting sometime in March, as we are closed for classes during January and February. Please check back in mid-February.
2022 COVID Information: Here is some important information for you to know about:
We are requiring ALL students (and our staff) to be fully vaccinated (2 weeks after final shot) against COVID-19 to be able to come to an in-person class. Students must show their card to a staff member BEFORE entering the building for the first class.
With the recent increase in cases in Washtenaw County and our state, while we aren't requiring the use of masks, we do strongly encourage you to use one.
Flat-Coated Retriever Sonic and Adele perform a Fast in the obedience ring
All obedience classes are held in the north end of the big building at the rear of the NDT site.

|Notes: NOTE:This class will skip November 25 for Thanksgiving. This class requires instructor approval. You will need to bring a crate to class and, if necessary, something to occupy your dog in the crate between turns, such as a snuffle mat or a chew. You will also need lots of high-value treats (this is from the dog’s perspective; they should love what they are getting). Dogs must be worked on either a buckle or martingale collar, or a harness. Correction collars are not permitted. Although we will be working off leash most of the time, you should have a long line for on leash work (12 to 18 ft is fine).|
